Planta perene, bulbosa, com 30-40 cm de altura, da família das liliáceas, também chamada de Alho Selvagem.
A planta inteira é comestível, exala um forte cheiro de alho.
Sabor muito aromático, um pouco picante.
Cultivo: Colha as folhas de março a maio, até o aparecimento das flores. Plante em local fresco e com sombra; mantenha o solo sempre úmido.
Data de Semeadura: varia entre abril e julho.
