Semilla de Alcaravea (carum carvi) 6gr.
Planta de ciclo bisanual, de 50 a 70cm de altura en floración.
Se cultiva por sus semillas muy aromáticas, que se recolectan el segundo año.
También son comestibles sus hojas e incluso sus raíces, recolestadas el primer año.
Planta muy rústica, que crece fácilmente y que soporta bien el frío.
Cultivo: Exposición soleada, suelo bien drenado.
Fecha de siembra: oscila entre Abril y Septiembre.
Fecha de recolecta: Oscila entre Marzo y octubre.
